Cancellation Policy

Booking a live session or custom video response means you’re reserving my time and energy. I take that seriously and expect you to do the same. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Anything canceled after that is non-refundable. If I need to cancel or delay, you’ll be notified and given the option to reschedule or get a full refund. Rescheduling You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or repeated reschedules will not be rebooked. Refunds There are no refunds for missed sessions, late cancellations, or completed services. If you book a video response and don’t like what I said, that does not qualify for a refund. You’re paying for time, insight, and perspective—not agreement or hand-holding. Late arrivals If you’re more than 10 minutes late to a live session, it will be canceled and marked as a no-show. Communication boundaries Your booking includes what’s listed, and nothing beyond that. No follow-up messages, DMs, or extended access. If you want more support, book again. Video responses Some responses may be shared anonymously unless you request otherwise. Names and identifying details are always removed unless you give consent. Use of content All custom content is for your personal use only. Do not repost, edit, or reuse my work without permission. That includes my words, voice, or likeness. Respect and tone If you send anything abusive, threatening, or disrespectful, your booking will be canceled with no refund. I’m here for real talk, not to be your emotional punching bag. Unfiltered session rules If you’re booking to talk about intimacy or confidence, great. If it becomes clear you’re looking for sexual content or personal gratification, the session ends immediately with no refund.
